Life experience as merit

Various external merits strengthen our sense of self-worth. Or so we might believe. Our own internal system seeks evidence from outside that we are serious professionals. In this way, we can demonstrate our competence, if necessary, by mentioning which schools we have attended and which degrees we have completed. Education in itself is not a bad thing, on the contrary. The bad thing is when the motive is wrong and comes from our wound and not our joy. In that case, we may get lost on someone else’s path instead of our own.

We are on the eve of a new heart-conscious era, accompanied by this global crisis. We move more clearly from knowing to knowing, from accomplishing to allowing. We have to create our self-esteem from within when the structures we carefully create break. Maybe we lose a job or something else happens that collapses the familiar foundations. This time tests what kind of media our self-esteem really is. Is it dependent on external factors, or do we truly see our own value?

We are taught with a big hand to get out of control. Unnecessary expectations and demands on ourselves and each other. The mind is in a panic when it does not know what will happen next. The good news is that you don't have to know that. The arbitrary going of today is distracting into an over-tuned fight or flight mode where it’s hard to just settle down. The time has come to let go of a well-deserved vacation for a moment so that it can return to its proper role in good spirits - not to lead support. The insanity of the world in an ingenious way reflects the chaos of our minds in this time of the world. The mind is afraid, but the heart knows that all is well. In the midst of all the chaos, everything is really fine. It was previously thought that the brain transmits information to the heart, that the brain is the real information center of our people. Even in the light of new research, it seems that it is the heart that transmits information to the brain and not the other way around. So our heart is quite a command center, the wisdom of which we understand only a fraction. But thanks to this crisis, our understanding is guaranteed to increase.

What has been your biggest blessing so far with this global crisis? Focus for a moment to really see its value no matter how difficult it is. For that is what is going to help you more strongly on the path of your own heart, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. Right now you are recreating yourself. Give time and space for this process. And above all, gentleness.

Enormous gentleness.
